The time clock built for trade crews.

Your crew clocks in by jobsite and phase from their phones. You see labor cost on every job, approve hours in a few taps, and send payroll-ready hours to QuickBooks.

What ClockBelt does

Made with a working framing crew in Missouri, for owners and foremen who'd rather be building than chasing timesheets.

Clock in on the job

Every punch is tied to a jobsite and a phase — sill plate, girders, floor joists, walls — with the phone's location at clock-in and clock-out.

Switch the whole crew

Moving from girders to floor joists? The foreman switches everyone (or just a few people) to the next phase in one step.

Know what each job costs

Labor hours and dollars by job and by phase, materials and payments, so you can see which jobs make money while they're still going.

Payroll in minutes

Overtime worked out for you, lunch breaks checked at clock-out, pay stubs for the crew, and approved hours sent to QuickBooks Online.

Any phone, no hardware

Works on iPhone and Android. Crew members join with your company code; you approve them. Nobody needs a computer.

Your records stay yours

Each company's data is kept separate. Download a full backup of your company any time from Settings.

Set up your company

About us

ClockBelt is made by TradeOps LLC, a Missouri company that builds software for trade contractors. It started on a residential framing crew that needed a better way than handwritten hours, and it's used every day on real jobsites.

Owners pay for their company's account on our website; the crew uses ClockBelt for free.
